the weather...

david has done some traveling this month. one trip was to vegas. he got some great shots of him on the strip! here's one!!

my mom used to sing us this song every spring break... mostly because we went to florida every spring break. it went like this...

"the weather is 40 below and the forecast is snow in ohio. and in milwalkee they're freezing their tails, i can tell you it's just heck when it hails in milwalkee. but we're giving winter that old double whammy. at 8:10am... miami. miami. i'm gonna feel the sun on my face. i will lay in a chair till i am medium rare, till freckles start to cover my face."

i woke up this morning singing that song! it takes on a whole different meaning when the weather is as nice as florida!!!
