so, on thursday our morning started out normal. we got up, took andrew to his conference, when to Bible study. coming out of Bible study, i found a flat tire. i mean, rim on the ground flat. bummer. so, the men came and fixed my car. but, i don't actually have a SPARE, i have a doughnut. so, can't go over 40 mph and shouldn't go on the highway. thirty minutes from home, all with speed limits of over 45mph. awesome. well, drove super slow with hazards on to costco to get new tires. they quoted me 2 hours. so, walked around costco.
i tried to get lunch at costco, but they only take cash outside. and, i don't carry cash. and, i just changed my pin and CAN'T REMEMBER IT!! awesome. went in to buy something and meant to get cash back. forgot. awesome. no food and unless i want to do ANOTHER purchase, no cash.
so, went over to ikea. got food. walked around. nora had just woken up (she or james had been sleeping this whole time... about four hours so far...). she wanted to sit by this guy, and said, "take a cheese, mommy". cute!!!
went back, car still not ready for another half hour! awesome! so, we were thirty minutes late to a postponed appointment and the kids got to squirm and play in an office for 45 minutes. fun times. went to get andrew, got home about 6:30 pm!
on the debit card thing. went to in and out for lunch after church. auntie sarah has NEVER had in and out. decided to correct that. tried to pay with amex. don't take it. tried to pay with debit. it's been frozen, since i tried so many combos of pins the other day. don't take checks either. so, there i am, order placed... and no way to pay. i figured they would cancel my order. NOPE. they told me to take my food and come back later to pay. how awesome is that? i was FLOORED! and went back to pay last night!!
