i really wish there was a good story. but, there isn't. i walked off the curb. and you should have seen how swollen it was when it first happened. or the bruise now. but, all this means that i think i am not running my mud run race tomorrow. jury is still out, but i would like to run for awhile, so i am not sure i want to ruin it with a very. muddy. race. we'll see how i feel. but, it was still really sore today, so i think probably no. sad face.
