sad...

i was putting the kids down for a nap today. nora had just gone to the bathroom, twice! she asked to not wear a pull-up, and i figured it would be okay. she has had a few dry pull-ups recently, so i figured now was as good a time as any to try. i put her down. james was still crying after about 10 mins, so i went in to get him. i was feeding him, when i hear "God would be sad". so, i asked "why would God be sad?". the sweet response came... something about pee-pee. yup.... an accident. bummer... thankfully contained to her pants. but, it was so sweet how she put it... "God would be sad". i love her!

james went down fantastically! nora also asked for her door to be partway open. so, i let her (i am being a sucker today, can you tell??). a few minutes later, i hear clicking down the hallway. she is in her dressy flip-flops and a shirt. my sweet girl! well, no nap for her today. oh well!! she's being entertained by apple tv for about 5 minutes!!! then cleaning....
