it's been a crazy 10 days. david has been on leave before he deploys. we have been having a blast. and we both have been getting a bunch of stuff done. and then, the fam got here! and it's been raining cats and dogs. i mean, have you ever seen that "friends" episode where they go to barbados and it rains sideways and the palm trees are sideways. yeah, that's how it's been here. for this girl, it's been fun. for the fam who got this great hotel so we could stay at the beach for the week.... it's a bummer!
