chris asked me to draw a picture of daddy this week. this was my attempt!

we went for an amazing hike the other day. i love finding new stuff to do here still! and we have spent the week at doctor's appointments. everything is normal and fine and i am so thankful for that. but, it's been a lot of trips for me! but, mostly the visits were for my peace of mind! we did one more ortho visit for james and his feet look great! i was so glad to hear that! and brandon just had some check ups. and he looks perfect!
i, however, have been having horrible heel pain since i tried running again at 4 weeks postpartum. (and some at the end of my pregnancy) i thought it was plantar fasciitis (it is), but wanted to get it check out and see if i could get a brace to help. got that done today, so here's hoping! i have done boot camp this week, and it's not made it worse so far! and it feels so good to be back...
