today is auntie byssa's birthday. we went out last night (just her, brandon and i) to celebrate! brandon was the best little baby! and today, we are making her a cake, and watching fireworks that waikiki is doing for her birthday! so much fun.
i went for a run the other day, and weighed in for the next session of boot camp. i was so excited to see that i am already almost back to where i was when i got pregnant! at least measurement wise! (my running still needs a lot of help!) but, when i got pregnant, i wasn't where i wanted to be either… excited for the last month of boot camp, and the difference i hope it makes!
on running- i had plantar fasciitis in high school or college. it's back, and i could barely walk the other day. it came back at the end of my pregnancy and i was hoping it was just pregnancy related. it's not! so, i am sitting, trying to put my foot in an ice bath. it's painful! i can manage a few seconds… trying for longer! either way, the run felt so good the other day!!!
