i took the kids to the breakers on sunday... they had a blast!  c even enjoyed about half of it...

then, i had to grab him by his collar to keep him from crawling under the ropes!

daddy worked hard to stain the deck and playset this weekend.  i was trying to keep kids out of his hair!  so we took advantage of our newport preservation society membership and hit up some fun places.  and had a blast!  the kids were so fun and pleasant (i shouldn't sound so surprised!) and well behaved.  and they loved it!  

it's fun to be a homeowner, and fun to see the fruits of our labor coming together around the house!
