my splits... the last half mile was all uphill... fun times! mile 4 was where i hit a wall...
total pace/route/etc.
we ran with our friends. their son fell out of a second story window 2 years ago. they do this race in his memory and to raise awareness for window safety. and to remind us to hug our children a little tighter tonight. we loved being able to support them.
