playing at the beach last week...
it was a CRAZY week. crazier than i anticipated. it started a week ago friday. we were helping with vbs, and i didn't think it would be that crazy. but we helped set up on friday. and on sunday. and then had vbs mon-fri. but, it seemed like (okay, we did...) go non-stop after vbs, getting other stuff done. swim lessons, bowling with daddy's ships' kids, girls dinner out, shopping, getting stuff ready for school, etc. i didn't realize HOW busy last week would be....
my mom and sissy fly in tomorrow... i can't wait! i have been thinking recently how blessed i am... we have had visitors ALL SUMMER! it's made the deployment go so fast. and kept us so entertained. and busy!! we are halfway done! it's so amazing!!! we celebrated our halfway point with dinner and bowling this week...
