a new haircut for the wedding next week!  it wasn't much, but he looks SO BIG!!!  he SCREAMED bloody murder through the ENTIRE haircut.  then, looked at the lady and said, "thank you".  in the sweetest voice!

haha... totally forgot that i hadn't published this blog post!  

nora told me last night that i don't laugh enough.  i was so sad.  (although, i wanted to comment that i can't laugh when i am trying to break up fights or stop kids from whining or get them to clean!  but i didn't...)  i know there is usually a "funner" parent.  and it's usually not mom, just by default.  (although, my mom has always been one of my best friends!)  but i was sad.  and i want to be fun!  and i really do try.  

i can't believe (although i KNOW it) how fast the kids are growing up.  nora is 6 going on 16.  james is so fun and funny.  chris is so big all of a sudden.  holy cow...

more at the pool.  a super fun game daddy invented.  jamey got water in his mouth from the fountain, and tried to spit it at them.  they sat there and tried to make him laugh so he spit it out before he got to them.

so, i have decided to start most recent and work my way backwards.  through florida, disney, wedding, and Christmas!  whoops...  i really meant to get caught up!  

we have been having a ton of fun!  and at night, i sit with david on the couch... relishing the days of just being with him, since those days are numbered again!  in fact, this week, we didn't get snow days, like the rest of the world... we got "BIG SURF" days!  their ship was supposed to be gone this week for a few days, but couldn't get underway due to the big surf!  i'll take it...  (swells were up to 76 feet on the north shore!  we have had some crazy wind and rain and storms!)

we went out in kaneohe bay on a pontoon boat on saturday.  i have been trying to do it for two years, and we were invited by some friends.  there is a sandbar about a mile out.  chris was in heaven!!!  (and yes, david is standing in the water...)

we had a great Christmas.  and trip to florida.  and david and sarah's wedding.  and disney world.

i have a lot to catch up on.  i finally took my Christmas decorations down today.  and have to finish unpacking.  it's been hard to readjust.  and then i got a cold, and the time change, and being pregnant.  my poor husband!  

and i miss blogging.  i truly love doing it.  it's my journal.  my happy place.  my diary.  and a fun way to keep memories alive!  so, i will again TRY to do better!  

i am almost 31 weeks pregnant.  hard to believe.  this boy moves ALL the time!  i love it.  and am trying to enjoy every minute.  because i know it's the last.  i am even still sort of able to run in boot camp.  i truly had no plan to do boot camp this long.  i figured i would take it month by month.  but, i am so enjoying it, and still able to do most things!  just slower and sometime modified!
